Local 509's union headquarters is located on the grounds of the former Watertown arsenal, off Arsenal Street, between Watertown Square and the Arsenal Mall.  A  shuttle runs every 20 minutes between our office and Harvard Square.  The building is fully handicap accessible. 

From the East via the Mass Pike: Take Exit 17 (Newton/Watertown).  At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Centre Street, which becomes Galen Street in Watertown.  Continue on Galen Street for approximately 1 mile to Watertown Square.  At the 5-way intersection, bear right onto North Beacon Street (Do NOT take a hard right onto Charles River Road).  Continue for about 100 yards, then stay left at the fork to go onto Arsenal Street.  Continue on Arsenal Street for about one mile.  Talcott Avenue is on the right, across the street from Roma Tile and Grainger's.

From the West via the Mass Pike: Take Exit 17 (Newton/Watertown).  At the top of the exit ramp, go straight.  Take your first left, then cross the Pike and go straight onto Centre Street, which becomes Galen Street in Watertown.  Continue on Galen Street for approximately 1 mile to Watertown Square.  At the 5-way intersection, bear right onto North Beacon Street (Do NOT take a hard right onto Charles River Road).  Continue for about 100 yards, then stay left at the fork to go onto Arsenal Street. From Route 2, take Routes 95/128 south to the Mass Pike eastbound and follow the directions above. 

Western Massachusetts Office - AMHERST

From the East via the Mass Pike, take Exit 4 (West Springfield) to I-91 North, 19 miles to Exit 19 (Route 19, Northampton).  Go east (right exit) onto Route 9.  Go 4.5 miles to Route 116N (left exit), and take a left to the UMASS exit.  Take a right at the top of the ramp, go a short way to a light, and turn right onto University Drive.  After the tall dorms, turn left onto Fearing Street.  Go uphill just past the intersection with Sunset Ave. and turn right into the parking lot.  Park anywhere and go up the metal staircase near where you entered the parking lot.  Use the buzzer at the top of stairs.

From the East via Route 2, go to US 202 South in Orange.  Go 15 miles to blinker and sign on right:  "Route 9 and 116 Amherst".  Turn right and go 7 miles to light in Amherst Center.  Go as straight as you can at the light, then go several blocks and turn onto Lincoln Ave.  Go to the stop sign at Fearing St. and turn left.  Go uphill just past the intersection with Sunset Ave. and turn right into the parking lot.  Park anywhere and go up the metal staircase near where you entered the parking lot.  Use the buzzer at the top of stairs.

1199 SEIU is located in the Corcoran Jennison Building next to the Bayside Expo Center and the Doubletree Hotel in Dorchester, MA, near the JFK/UMass stop on the Red Line. 

From I-93 South, take Exit 15 (Columbia Road).  Bear right around rotary.  Take second right off the rotary and then your first immediate sharp right.  Proceed straight then turn left at the 1st set of lights onto Mt. Vernon Street.

From I-93 North, take Exit 15 (Columbia Road).  At end of ramp take a right.  Bear right around rotary.  Take second right off the rotary and then your first immediate sharp right.  Proceed straight then turn left at the 1st set of lights onto Mt. Vernon Street.

From Route 3 North, proceed to I-93 North and follow the directions above.

Best Western - FRAMINGHAM

From Mass Pike (I-90), take Exit 13 (Rte 30 West).  After the toll, bear right towards Framingham and go to the 4th traffic light (you will see McDonald's).  Take a left onto Caldor Road, and continue to the next traffic light.  Take a left and a quick right into the parking lot.  The hotel is directly in front of Jordan's Furniture.

From Route 495 take the exit to Route 9 East and  travel about 9.5 miles.  The Best Western is located on the right hand side, about half a mile after the Route 126 bridge, directly in front of Jordan's Furniture.

From Route 128/95, take the exit for Route 9 West and travel about 9.5 miles.  The Best Western is directly across the street from Walmart.  When you get to the set of lights in front of Walmart, take a left, then take a right into the parking lot.  The Best Western is on the eastbound side of Route 9.

From the Mass Pike (I-90) going east or west, take Exit 11A onto Rte 495 North. Get off at Exit 24a (Rte 20) and get in the left lane.  Take your first left up the hill to the hotel.

From the north or south, take Rte 495.  Get off at Exit 24a and follow the directions above.

Going west on the Mass Turnpike, take Exit 11A for Route 495 South.  Follow Route 495 South to exit 20.  Take a right off the ramp and the hotel is on your left.

From the Mass Turnpike (I-90) going east, take Exit 11A onto Route 495 South.  Go about 7 miles to Route 85, exit 20.  Turn right off the exit and hotel is on your left. 

From Route 495, take Exit 20 (Milford).  If you are coming from the South, turn left at the bottom of the ramp.  A short distance on your left will be the hotel.  From the North, take a right off the ramp.  The hotel will be on your left.

From the Mass Turnpike (I-90), going west or east, take Exit 11A for Route 495 South.  Follow Route 495 South to exit 20 (Route 85, Milford), then turn right at the end of the ramp.  At the first set of lights (Wendy's is on your right), take a left onto Fortune Blvd.  At the third set of lights, take a right onto East Main St. (Route 16).  Prezo is ¼ mile on the left side.

From Route 495, heading south, take Exit 20 (Route 85, Milford), and follow the directions above. 

From Route 495, heading north towards Lowell, take Exit 19 (Route 109 Milford), then left at the end of the ramp.
At the second set of lights, turn right onto Beaver St.  Go left at the next set of lights onto East Main St. (Route 16).  Prezo is ¼ mile on the left side.
 

Crowne Plaza Hotel - NATICK

From the Mass Turnpike (I-90) going east, take Exit 12 onto Route 9 east.  Follow Route 9 approximately 7 miles.  The Crowne Plaza is on the right, 1/4 mile after the Sony Movie Theaters.

Going west on the Mass Turnpike, take Exit 13 (Route 30, Framingham/Natick).  Bear right and, at the second light, take a left at the Shoppers World entrance.  Follow the road to the end and take a left onto Route 9 east.  The Crowne Plaza will be 50 yards on the right, past Dunkin' Donuts.

From Route 495, take Exit 23A onto Route 9 East.  Follow Route 9 for approximately 8 miles.  The Crowne Plaza is on the right, 1/4 mile after the Sony Movie Theaters.

From the Mass Turnpike (I-90) going east, take Exit 4 to Interstate 91 South.  Take Exit 8 onto Route 291 East. Take exit 2A onto Chestnut Street. The hotel is on your right.

Going west on the Mass Turnpike, take Exit 6.  Get onto Route 291 west and take Exit 2A onto Chestnut Street.  The hotel is on your right.

Hibernian Hall - WATERTOWN

From I-95 south take Exit 21A to Route 16 towards West Newton.  Follow for 2.3 miles until you reach a CVS on your left.  At that light, turn left on to Watertown Street.  Follow for 2 miles until you reach a shopping center with a Stop and Shop on your left-hand side.  Just after the Stop and Shop is the Hibernian's Club.

From I-90, take Exit 17 to Centre Street towards Watertown (note: if you are coming from the east stay to the right of the fork as you go over the bridge).  After about 1/2 mile, you will see a Direct Tire on your right.  Make a left onto Morse Street.  Follow road until the end.  The Hibernian's Social Club will be right in front of you at the end of the street.

Mass Bay Community College - WELLESLEY HILLS

From the East, take Route 128 (Interstate 95) to Route 9 West. On Route 9, drive approximately 1-1/2 miles. MassBay can be seen on a hill on your left.  YOU CAN NOT TAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO OAKLAND STREET FROM ROUTE 9.  Stay in the right lane and take a right turn at the Route 9 and Route 16 split (after the traffic light). Take a right onto Washington Street (Route 16E).  Take the second right onto Oakland Street and follow Oakland Street to the traffic light.  Cross Route 9.  You will see the entrance to MassBay on the left. An alternative way is to take Route 16 West from Route 128. Take a left onto Oakland Street. Go straight and cross Route 9 at the lights. MassBay is ahead on your left.

From the West, take Route 9 East to Wellesley Hills.  After passing under Route 16, take a right at the next traffic light onto Oakland Street.  The College is on the left.

MBTA:  Take the MBTA Riverside/Lechmere Green Line, exit at Riverside.  The College operates a free shuttle service from the Riverside MBTA Station to the Wellesley Campus when classes are in session. Call the College for a current schedule. 

Commuter Rail - Take the Framingham/Worcester Line to the Wellesley Hills Station, which is approximately a ¾ mile walk to the campus.

Doubletree Hotel - WESTBOROUGH

From the East or West, take I-90 to Exit 11A (I-495).  Get on I-495 North to Exit 23B (Route 9 West).  Once on Route 9, take your first right onto the Computer/Research Drive exit.  Bear right at the end of the exit.  Drive ½ mile; the hotel is on the left at the top of the hill.

From Points North or South, take I-495 to Exit 23B (Route 9 West), and follow the directions described above.

From Worcester, take Route 9 East to the Computer Drive/Research Drive Exit. Take a right at the first set of lights onto Research Drive and a right at the second set of lights onto New Flanders Road.  Bear right onto Computer Drive, head straight through the third set of lights, and drive ½ mile; the hotel is on the left at the top of the hill.

From the East or West, take I-90 to Exit 11A (I-495).  Get on I-495 North to Exit 23B (Route 9 West).  Once on Route 9, take your first right onto the Computer/Research Drive exit.  At the light, take a left onto Computer Drive.  Follow around to the left, back over Route 9.  At the light, take a left onto Research Drive. Go through the next set of lights and then take your first right onto Friberg Parkway.  Visitor parking is in the first lot on the left.

From Points North or South, take I-495 to Exit 23B (Route 9 West), and follow the directions described above.

Crown Plaza - WORCESTER

From the East or West, take I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) to Exit 10 (Auburn).  Bear left at the fork onto Route 290 east and get off at Exit 17.  Take a left at the top of the ramp, at a set of traffic lights.  At the second set of traffic lights, at the bottom of the hill, make a left onto Major Taylor Boulevard (formerly Worcester Center Boulevard).  The hotel is on the right.
